Greek Cuisine is hot on the menu. I went to Greece in 2006 and had my first Souvlaki with hot potato chips in them. Amazing. I was hooked. Greek Cuisine of course is more than Souvlaki’s. Hummus, yogurt are Greek foods we eat often. I have taken any cooking classes with Greek food yet but I certainly intend to. I went to George’s (from Masterchef) Helenic Republic in Brunswick a couple of weeks ago and WOW, what amazing food. I can’t wait to take Greek Cooking Classes.
