Chinese Food can be really difficult to replicate. I personally find it hard due to the lack of availability of particular foods in my local shopping centre. But nothing beats pulling off a great Chinese dish, I love the fact I have finally learnt to good duck, my favourite with lemon sauce. I took 3 cooking lessons and am now finding cooking Chinese relatively easy compared to where I was before the classes.
